Veils Policy
- Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Inspection upon delivery is available.
- If you try on the veil, please wear a bandana; trying it directly on the hair is not allowed.
- If you decide not to receive the order, the veil must be returned with the courier while they are still present.
- After the courier leaves, exchanges or returns are not allowed under any circumstances, for hygiene reasons (Hygiene Policy).
- Partial receipt of the shipment is not allowed.
Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects):
- If a manufacturing defect is found, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photos showing the defect must be provided. After reviewing the case and confirming the manufacturing defect, an exchange or refund will be processed.
